Chilli in China

Since September 2008, I am in China. Partly as planned, partly with luck, in Hunan, one of the provinces renowned for its chile pepper.
Thus, it is only natural that I am on the hunt for new insight into the chile peppers and their role in China.
Provided things go as planned, there will be reports not only on this part of China, but also reaching into the Himalayas and probably, even into neighboring countries.
